Chef James Gee spent five summers working in some of Nantucket's top restaurants, including two at the helm of the famous Galley Beach kitchen. From Nantucket he hit the Hamptons where he worked as a chef at East Hampton Point and Cittanuova. The latter is where teamed up with the Papettis in 2005.
I'm Eddie Cano owners Massimo, Carolyn and James launched the Nantucket Clam Shack in July 2020.
Marketing Maven Carolyn Fromm Papetti is a native of East Hampton, NY. She, and GM husband Massimo, lived there together from 2005-2015 running some of its top restaurants. Massimo spent summers at Circeo, south of his native Rome, and is no foreigner to the sea!
